Returns

You have 14 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Right of Withdrawal (EU)

As an EU customer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. Our return window meets this legal minimum exactly.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we'll replace it at no extra cost. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
